Hafkalk is situated in the town of Bildudalur in Arnarfjordur, North West Iceland. Arnarfjordur is one of the largest fjords in the country but only roughly 200 people live here. The remote fjord is clean and untouched and is the source of our Calcified Red Algae that only grows in a few places around the world, Arnarfjordur being one of them. The picture you see on our supplement bottles is the view from our little town across the fjord.
